One NEGATIVE, critical prospect or customer can deflect you for an entire day, or even a week, draining away all the energy you need to call on a new customers. This is an important issue. One of your main goal as an entrepreneur is to maintain high level of positive energy to do that you must reduce the amount of time that you spend face to face or on phone or emails with NEGATIVE people.
