1. Rich History: Avoid buying from companies with

little experience.Alternatively, experienced

companies know when, where and how to acquire

plots for the best price

2. Solid Portfolio: Can the real estate company

provide a portfolio of the various properties that it

has sold before? If the answer is yes, you know that

it is credible.

3.Registration, licensing and regulation:

Demand for certifications of registration such as

business registration and industry licensing.

4. Physical location of the properties:

Don't be lured by the sweet talks from agents,

ensure to go to the site.

5.Engage a Real Estate lawyer: Due to the increase in

fraudulent activities,investing in real estate is a long term

goal, always take your time and analyze before you
